They bring it to you and you still pay less. This vendor sells for less than $1. That's a good deal, even if you have to pay for shipping. They sell these things in the store for $10 or more. Worth the money It protects your phone from damage esp when you drop it. A plastic cover.certainly the idea is good. But, come on, it is plastic and it stretches, so you have to replace it.
It was a really nice and heavy duty protector. The Screen protector GREATLY LIMITED the touch screens functionality. Just not great for a touchscreen device imho. The case is great, although I didn't like the look of the transparent as it was really White, not clear. Kind of like Scotch Tape is not really clear.
But, this was no problem because you can easily push the buttons through the skin, just like the ones on the front of the phone. I've never needed one with the full coverage case I used to carry, but with this skin it's a necessity. All of the openings in the skin are right on target, except there is no opening on the upper left side for the volume buttons. I brought a backup in a smoke color in case this clear one turns yellow as one reviewer mentioned. I was pleasantly surprised with how well this skin fit my treo 680 and how easily it went on.
It has yellowed just a slight bit, but I only notice it in certain lighting. Plus, you get what amounts to a free screen cover with it.UPDATE: A few weeks later and I'm still loving my silicone cover. I was really excited about the screen protector, especially after pricing them on other sites. Overall, this is a great product to try before you decide on some of the more expensive, higher quality silicone cases out there. I am liking my phone much better with this protective skin than I was with the clunky leather case I had been using. This one is perfect. This isn't a big deal for me because I rarely use mine, but I'll probably cut out an opening with a box cutter just in case. I've tried another version that required cutting to size and it was so annoying that it ended up in the trash.
It actually comes off pretty easily too once you get over the fear of ripping or damaging it. This screen cover is cut exactly to size for the treo 680 and goes on fairly easily. However, it's not significant enough to make me want to take it off even though I have a backup cover in a grey color. The other problem area is that there is no opening for the SD slot. It's much sleaker and I'll be more likely to carry it around in my pocket now.
the only problem that i had was that it wouldnt slide into small pockets very well. which i found on amazon for like 90 cents. I was happy with the case. so i switched to a hard case. ha. exactly what i was looking for at the time. it fit great, good protection.
This case eliminates my minor frustration with that. i just don't like having to keep it in a case all the time and taking it out putting it away. i love the case cover, even tho it masks the color to my phone. i drop things a lot and this cover protects it very well.
